innoXchange practice session - an example of coaching extra-curricular learning @WUR | Dear educational innovator,
We invite you to join our second practice session of the year on April 12 in Matrix to engage in a lively discussion on Challenge-Based-Learning during lunch.
This time, we have a guest from Wageningen University. Karin Peters is an experienced coach of students engaging in extra-curricular challenges. Wageningen University offers the possibility to students to participate in an extra-curricular challenge and to include this in the curriculum. If they can show their learning outcomes, they receive credits for this.
Karin is an assistant professor at the Cultural Geography Group of Wageningen University and Research and an experienced coach of these students. She will discuss during this lunch session how this works and the lessons learned. Please join this session for an interesting discussion!
We hope to meet you all. Please forward this invitation to colleagues who might be interested. Lunch will be served for those who accept this invitation.
Kind regards,
Chantal Brans, Daphne van Geemen and Ana Valencia
